Operations Associate (Fully Remote)

This excited fast-growing startup looking for a hands-on Operations Associate. In this role, you’ll work closely with the founders, playing a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting the business as we scale. They are looking for someone that is looking to take that step up and handle all day operations and take on more responsibility

You will be doing

  • Oversee and manage the company’s daily operations, reporting directly to the founders
  • Support the CEO and leadership team with strategic and operational priorities
  • Track budgets, grants, and financial milestones to ensure resources are allocated effectively
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor and manage certification and accreditation milestones
