We're working with a high-growth SaaS scale‐up that's building a modern, cloud‐native platform used by customers globally. As they continue to scale their product and engineering team, they're looking for a Senior or Lead Software Engineer to play a key role in driving technical quality, delivery, and long‐term architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full‐stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decision‐making
- Lead by example through clean code, code reviews, and best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to turn requirements into scalable solutions
- Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across the platform
- Mentor engineers and support the growth of the wider team (Lead level)
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript across backend and frontend
- Proven experience with Node.js and modern backend development
- Solid experience building complex UIs with React
- Experience designing and working with APIs and distributed systems
- Comfortable working in a scaling SaaS environment
- Strong communication skills and a product‐focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in a tech scale‐up or high‐growth SaaS business
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern CI/CD practices
