A leading UK organisation is seeking a Workday Recruitment/Talent module specialist to oversee the configuration, enhancement, and rollout of their hiring and performance systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Configure and manage Workday Recruitment and Talent modules
  • Act as the Workday subject matter expert for system changes
  • Gather requirements and turn them into simple, effective solutions
  • Run user workshops and system demos
  • Document changes using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft tools
  • Support testing, deployments, and go-live activity
  • Provide post-launch support to the business
