We’re working with a high-growth technology business in the fuel & energy sector that’s scaling fast — and they’re looking for a Head of Support to take their customer support function to the next level. This isn’t about “keeping the lights on.” It’s about building a support organisation that scales, inspires, and delivers a world-class experience to customers who rely on this technology every single day.

What you’ll be doing:
