What you’ll be working on
- Advanced manufacturing systems including CNC machining and automated production
- Robotics and electromechanical systems operating at scale and under tight tolerances
- Performance-critical software and control systems
- Designing, optimising, and integrating systems from first principles
- Engineering challenges where precision, reliability, and efficiency are non-negotiable
What we’re looking for
- Outstanding engineers with strong core engineering fundamentals
- Experience across manufacturing, robotics, CNC, controls, or systems engineering
- Ability to work close to hardware and physical processes
- Engineers who can pick up new languages, tools, and technologies quickly
- A bias toward rigorous thinking, optimisation, and real-world impact
