We’re working with a high-growth SaaS scale‑up that’s building a modern, cloud‑native platform used by customers globally. As they continue to scale their product and engineering team, they’re looking for a Senior or Lead Software Engineer to play a key role in driving technical quality, delivery, and long‑term architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical decision‑making
  • Lead by example through clean code, code reviews, and best practices
  • Collaborate with product teams to turn requirements into scalable solutions
  • Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across the platform
  • Mentor engineers and support the growth of the wider team (Lead level)

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with TypeScript across backend and frontend
  • Proven experience with Node.js and modern backend development
  • Solid experience building complex UIs with React
  • Experience designing and working with APIs and distributed systems
  • Comfortable working in a scaling SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills and a product‑focused mindset
