Design Engineering Lead

Lead the development and delivery of automated manufacturing test systems. This role combines people leadership with deep technical expertise, supporting mid-volume production through robust, data-driven test solutions.

Experience and Skills

• Strong people management capabilities, including delegation, performance reviews, and team development
• Solid technical background in Software or Hardware Automated Test Equipment system design
• Proven experience designing, validating, and delivering manufacturing test systems for mid-volume production
• Strong understanding of electrical measurement techniques, test principles, and test equipment
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and track test measurement data
• Experience delivering solutions to complex technical problems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce test specifications, operator instructions, and technical documentation based on high-level requirement
