I’m supporting a hyper-growth AI startup that’s building next-generation AI agents—automation systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows end-to-end. They’ve secured serious early traction, are backed by top-tier investors, and are now growing the core engineering team at speed.
This is a chance to join as a Founding Engineer and help shape the architecture, product direction, and engineering culture from day zero.
What you’ll do:
- Design and build production-grade AI products & agentic systems
- Own major parts of the codebase across Python or TypeScript
- Work directly with founders to define tech strategy, system design, and go-to-market execution
- Ship fast, iterate with real users, and turn ideas into working features rapidly
- Build scalable, reliable, high-performance systems from scratch
What we’re looking for:
- 4–10+ years engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Python or TypeScript
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered products, agentic workflows, or automation systems
