RFIC Design Engineer – London – Cutting-Edge Wireless Tech

Are you a talented RFIC Design Engineer looking to work on next-generation wireless systems? We’re partnering with an industry-leading, well-funded tech company at the forefront of advanced RF and millimetre-wave IC design for consumer and infrastructure applications.
This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class engineering team solving real-world challenges across transceiver design, RF front-end integration, and system-level optimisation.
What you’ll be working on:
- Design and implementation of high-performance RFICs in deep submicron CMOS nodes (e.g., 28nm and below)
- Block- and system-level design across LNAs, mixers, VCOs, PAs, and PLLs
- Simulation, layout supervision, and full silicon validation
- Collaborating with digital, packaging, and product teams to bring designs to market
Ideal background:
- 3+ years’ experience in RFIC design (academic research + internships count)
- Strong grasp of Cadence toolset , EM simulation, and silicon validation
- Hands-on experience with CMOS RF circuits – experience with mmWave is a strong advantage
- A degree (MSc or PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering , Physics , or related field
