An early-stage technology company developing advanced hardware solutions is looking for an organised, commercially minded Operations Associate to work closely with its founders.

You'll help turn business priorities into action, coordinate projects across the business and make sure important tasks keep moving. It's an opportunity to get involved across multiple areas of a growing company, take ownership early and help build the processes that support its next stage of growth.

What you'll do

  • Work with the founders to turn business priorities into clear actions, timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate projects across engineering, commercial and operational teams, keeping track of progress and following up on outstanding tasks.
  • Help improve internal processes, reporting and ways of working as the business grows.
  • Monitor project deadlines, budgets and resources, flagging issues and helping find practical solutions.
  • Support communication between teams to keep priorities aligned and work moving forward.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operational challenges and identify opportunities to make the business run more effectively.

What you'll get

  • Direct exposure to the founders and how an early-stage technology business is run.
  • A varied role with involvement across operations, projects and commercial priorities.
  • The opportunity to take responsibility, contribute ideas and see the impact of your work.
  • Room to develop your skills and grow alongside the business as it scales.

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business operations or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a startup, scale-up or small, fast-moving business.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
  • A proactive, practical approach to solving problems and following tasks through to completion.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence communicating with people across different functions.
  • A degree-level education and a genuine interest in how technology businesses operate.

Experience in a hardware, engineering-led or advanced manufacturing business would be beneficial
