Forget the big, clunky graduate scheme. Join a high-growth deeptech business, work alongside engineers from Palantir, Microsoft and Meta, and travel internationally deploying technology that makes a real difference.
We're looking for ambitious early-career engineers who want to get stuck into complex technical challenges, take on responsibility early and see their code working in the real world.
You’ll spend around 50% of your time deployed at client sites across the UK and internationally, working directly with clients to implement, develop and improve cutting-edge software.
This is a hands-on engineering role. You’ll be coding heavily on-site, solving complex problems and adapting software to real-world environments. Strong communication skills are essential — you’ll need to work confidently with clients as well as fellow engineers.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re interested in exceptional recent graduates from strong technical degree programmes, or engineers in their first or second job who want something different from a traditional corporate environment.
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Java, Go or TypeScript.
- Solid engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve unfamiliar problems.
- Confident communication and customer-facing skills.
- A willingness to travel internationally and thrive in new environments.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn quickly.
No Rust experience required — strong engineers who can pick up new languages are exactly what we’re after.
Why Join?
- Travel the world and work in environments most software engineers never experience.
- Learn from the best, alongside engineers from Palantir, Microsoft and Meta.
- Solve genuinely complex problems using a product that works and is already being deployed.
- Make a difference through mission‑driven technology.
- Earn a strong salary while accelerating your engineering career.
If you’re technically ambitious, enjoy working with people and want a career that takes you beyond the office, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
