We’re on a mission to make the switch to sustainable transport and energy faster, easier and more affordable. Our intelligent energy platform helps customers access renewable energy, understand consumer behaviour, and powers smart charging for EVs.

What you will do:

  • Own and drive performance across paid search channels with end-to-end campaign management across Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads, and monitor Paid Social.
  • Monitor daily performance across all markets, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement fixes proactively.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage multi‑market budgets monthly and quarterly, treating spend as a business investment.
  • Lead a structured testing program across creative, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Ensure robust tracking and measurement, partnering with the data team on attribution, conversion definitions, and first‑party data activation.
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, delivering clear insights.
  • Stay ahead of platform developments, competitor activity, and compliance requirements (including GDPR and brand safety).

What we're looking for:

  • Expert, hands‑on experience managing high‑spend campaigns across the Google portfolio and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven track record with multi‑market budgets and business‑level KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue).
  • Strong data proficiency – able to query complex datasets and surface insights independently using GA4, Looker Studio, Sigma, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of multi‑touch attribution, first‑party data, and automated bidding strategies.
  • Experience with structured A/B testing and e‑commerce performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor reporting for both senior and technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) is a plus.
