We are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager - People to help us build the people infrastructure that matches our ambitions. Reporting into the Chief of Staff, you will lead the development and execution of the organisation’s people capability & transformation strategy. Ensuring the people infrastructure matches our ambitions to enable our rapid scale-up growth, driving a high-performance culture, and strengthen leadership and organisational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Focus on the human side of transformation – designing the organisation of tomorrow, unlocking the potential of people and teams to drive growth.
- Own and deliver the organisational development strategy, aligning people capability, structure and ways of working to business priorities and growth plans.
- Commercial acumen to analyse organisational structure is set for growth.
- Strengthen organisational effectiveness and culture, embedding values, engagement, inclusion and high-performance practices across the organisation.
- Design and lead leadership and capability development, building strong managers, future leaders and clear career pathways to support sustainable growth.
- Use organisational insight and data to diagnose needs, shape interventions and measure the impact of OD initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, supporting organisational change, transformation and decision-making in a fast-growing environment.
- Significant experience in organisational development, with proven delivery of OD, change, or people development initiatives in a fast-growing, complex or commercial environment (e.g. scale-up, tech, or high-growth business).
- Strong business partnering capability, with experience influencing senior leaders and working closely with leadership teams to shape organisation design, capability and ways of working.
- Leadership and capability development expertise, including designing and delivering programmes for managers and senior leaders, and building practical frameworks (e.g. leadership expectations, career pathways).
- Evidence-based OD approach, with the ability to use data, insight and diagnostics (engagement data, feedback, workforce insights) to identify priorities and measure impact.
