We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart‑grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market. The worlds of energy, transport and artificial intelligence are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core. Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands. We are scaling up the business and are building out the team for rapid growth.

This is a high‑impact role at the centre of our Mobility function, responsible for converting opportunities into outcomes, optimising operational performance, and ensuring our commercial teams have the systems, processes, and insight they need to succeed.

You'll take ownership of our AI‑powered lead management capability, drive conversion performance across multiple channels, and establish this as a scalable global function. If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges and building systems that help teams perform at their best, this role offers significant scope and visibility. You'll be a natural communicator who thrives at being the heart of a high‑performing team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in‑office working and 2 days work from home.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and continuously improve Ohme's AI‑powered lead scoring, qualification, and customer engagement platform.
  • Lead sales operations performance across lead conversion, CRM effectiveness, customer journeys, and installation outcomes.
  • Lead a team that provides best‑in‑class Dealer Support & Campaign Management.
  • Act as the HQ operational centre of the Mobility function, aligning teams across Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations to deliver commercial objectives.
  • Own performance reporting, commercial analytics, and operational metrics, ensuring data drives decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Build scalable systems, standards, and processes that can be deployed across Ohme's international markets as we grow.

Who You Are

  • 6 years+ leading sales and commercial operations, or revenue operations leader with a track record of driving measurable business performance.
  • Highly analytical and data‑driven, with strong experience managing CRM platforms, pipelines, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Comfortable owning complex systems and using technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • A pragmatic and natural communicator who can influence stakeholders and bring teams together around shared goals.
  • Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of conversion, customer acquisition, partner performance, and operational delivery.
