You\’ll own paid acquisition and ROI-focused channels, while also overseeing the wider digital ecosystem – SEO, content, social, CRM, and lifecycle marketing – to create a connected, scalable growth engine.At Ohme, growth is mission-critical. You\’ll play a key role in shaping how we win in market – blending performance strategy, storytelling, and operational excellence to deliver measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities Own and lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, spanning acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle campaigns.Drive performance marketing and paid media strategy optimising for CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution.Oversee SEO, content, and social media, ensuring visibility, engagement, and organic growth.Lead customer engagement and CRM, ensuring lifecycle comms, onboarding flows, and retention initiatives increase adoption and CLV.Manage marketing operations & analytics, ensuring data, reporting, and platforms enable intelligent decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Brand, and Engineering to align marketing activity with business goals.About You – Skills & Experience Proven track record in digital and performance marketing leadership across paid, CRM, SEO, and social.Strong analytical operator with experience managing CAC, CLV, ROI, and pipeline metrics.Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition platforms, SEO, CRM tools (Customer.io a plus), and marketing automation.Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams – balancing strategy, creative storytelling, and execution.Comfortable using AI, experimentation, and test-and-learn methods to optimise engagement and performance.Collaborative leader who can align diverse stakeholders around a cohesive, commercially focused strategy.What Success Looks Like Efficient, ROI-positive customer acquisition with predictable pipeline contribution.Improved organic visibility and engagement through SEO, content, and social.Higher adoption, retention, and CLV through lifecycle marketing.Scalable processes, systems, and reporting that make digital marketing a growth engine.You\’ll get to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing scale-up with global ambitions that is cutting edge, passionate about sustainability and seeks to make the world a better place.Competitive salary and bonusLondon Office – 4 days a week in the officePrivate Health InsurancePension SchemeLife Assurance Scheme with death in service benefit of 4x salaryIncome Protection Scheme for long term illnessRide to Work SchemePayroll Giving SchemeSeason Ticket Loan to spread cost of travel over 12 monthsEye Test every 2 yearsOhme is an equal opportunity employer.
