Responsibilities:

  • Execute the company’s global sales plan and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new overseas B2B channels, including distributors, retailers, e-commerce, and brand partners.
  • Negotiate and manage sales contracts, ensuring smooth order execution.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide localized sales strategies.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to plan and execute overseas campaigns, toy fairs, and limited launches.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of international B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in toys, collectibles, IP licensing, or creative consumer products preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills; familiar with distributor management.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Passion for toy culture, art, and pop collectibles.
