Morgan McKinley are delighted to be working with a technology business based in Wiltshire. They are looking for a Group Management Accountant to join their team.

The responsibilities for this Group Management Accountant include:

  • Managing a small team of finance assistants
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs
  • Variance analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Business partnering with various stakeholders
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting with audit process
  • Streamline process and procedures

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Experience within either a group or commercial setting – working across multiple entities
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong excel user
  • Previous experience of managing a small team
  • Previous experience of system implementation would be beneficial

The package:

  • Salary – £70,000
  • Time in office – Between 1 to 3 days a week. This is flexible
  • Bonus
