A new position has become available due to rapid expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual from a B2C background to play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience to Influencers and Creators. This role requires a minimum of 2 year’s experience working within a customer service or talent management based role. It is also essential to have a full understanding of social media platforms. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Purpose of the role
To provide an exceptional customer experience for new notable creators joining our platform. This will involve on-boarding, relationship management, support, liaising with creators to provide content for promotional support as well as working with creators on promotional campaign ideas and execution. This is an exciting and fast-paced role, to support creators, influencers and celebrities across a wide range of backgrounds. We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual who is articulate, excellent at building relationships, has a friendly and passionate nature with a true sense of providing the best customer experience at heart. The successful candidate will play a lead role in supporting and contributing to the growth of our company and the development of our creators. The position is best-suited to a self-motivated and confident individual who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.
Daily tasks to include:
- Creator outreach and research to find suitable creators to engage with and recruit for our platform.
- Liaise with potential sign ups via social media, email or video calls.
- Creator research - thoroughly research a potential creator before engaging in a Creator call, to ensure relevant content and promotional suggestions are discussed.
- Address questions relating to our platform and be a constant support for each creator.
- Ensure follow ups with potential sign ups are met.
- Respond to enquiries from notable creators looking to join our platform - passed over from the Social Media Team.
- Deliver video calls to potential creators to offer platform training and walkthroughs, to go through all features, how it works, content examples and suggestions, including top tips relevant to the creator to get the best out of our platform.
- Discuss promotional activity we can offer across a wide range of features throughout all of our social channels and liaise with our Social Team.
- Work with the social media team to get promotional content created and an official launch plan for creators that fit our social strategy.
- Provide ongoing support and advice for creators to help them get the best out of our platform. This can range from content and feature tips, to cross-promotional and marketing advice.
- Account analysis to provide help and advice to support creators in reaching their goals on the platform.
- Development of new recruitment ideas and methodologies.
Skills and experience required:
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Fluent speaking and written English.
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience working within a Customer Service / Recruitment / Business development / Talent Management based role.
- A passion for social media and an understanding of all platforms is a must.
Ideal characteristics:
- Self-starter, confident, friendly, good written and verbal communication skills, able to work remotely.
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to cope well under pressure.
- Understands and demonstrates a commitment to confidentiality.
