What you’ll be doing:
- Handling a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters
- Working on contracts, franchise and distribution agreements, tender processes, and e-commerce
- Advising on data protection, GDPR and compliance (desirable)
- Taking an active role in business development, marketing, and client engagement
- Supervising junior team members and playing a part in shaping the team’s future
