The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm's well-established Commercial Property team based in Luton. This role would suit a solicitor with approximately 3-5 years' PQE who is looking to further develop their career by handling a broad range of quality commercial property work within a supportive and highly experienced team. You will manage your own varied caseload whilst working closely alongside experienced Partners on more complex transactions where required. The role offers genuine autonomy, excellent client exposure and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with an established commercial client base. The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
- Manage your own varied Commercial Property caseload.
- Advise clients on commercial acquisitions and disposals.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters including lease negotiations, renewals and assignments.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases and associated property documentation.
- Advise businesses, investors, landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
- Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and commercial advice.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate, Employment, Litigation and Private Client departments.
- Maintain high standards of file management and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to networking, business development and the continued growth of the department.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:
- Approximately 3-5 years' PQE within Commercial Property.
- Strong experience handling landlord and tenant matters.
- Experience managing commercial sales and purchases independently.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic problem-solving ability.
- The confidence to manage your own client relationships.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a growing team.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ambition to continue developing your career within a progressive law firm.
