Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Litigation Department.
- Supervising and mentoring Solicitors, Legal Executives and support staff.
- Managing departmental performance and workflow.

- Ambition to contribute to the long-term growth of the department.
- Previous Head of Department experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
Why Join?
This is a genuine leadership opportunity within a successful and growing regional law firm. Rather than inheriting a department requiring wholesale change, you will join an established team with an excellent reputation and a quality client base already in place. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own whilst benefiting from the support of an approachable and commercially minded Partnership who are genuinely invested in the continued success of the department. The firm offers an excellent balance between high-quality legal work, sensible workloads and genuine career development.
Career Prospects:
This is a long-term strategic appointment.
