The role will focus on non-contentious Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate and Trusts, within a supportive and professional environment. Role Responsibilities:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a caseload of non-contentious Private Client matters.
  • Advise clients on Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs and estate administration matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documentation.
  • Handle matters from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Maintain compliance with Law Society, SRA and internal practice management requirements.
  • Provide a high standard of client care and communication throughout matters.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
