Role Responsibilities:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a caseload of non-contentious Private Client matters.
- Advise clients on Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs and estate administration matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documentation.
- Handle matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Maintain compliance with Law Society, SRA and internal practice management requirements.
- Provide a high standard of client care and communication throughout matters.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
