The Opportunity:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join an established and growing Personal Injury team based in Central London. This role offers exposure to a varied and interesting caseload, allowing you to manage matters from instruction through to conclusion whilst working alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive environment. The Role:

As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will:

• Manage your own varied caseload of Personal Injury matters
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice to clients
• Handle claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial where appropriate
• Draft legal documents, pleadings and correspondence
• Prepare and submit Court documentation within required timescales
• Collate and review medical evidence and financial documentation
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout their claim
• Supervise and support junior members of the department where appropriate
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure exceptional client service
• Maintain excellent file management, billing and compliance standards

Candidate Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent litigation qualification
• Strong experience managing Personal Injury litigation matters independently
• Excellent knowledge of Personal Injury law and procedure
• Experience handling complex negligence claims
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• The confidence to supervise junior colleagues where appropriate
• A proactive and collaborative approach to client service and team working
