This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 2/3 years' PQE Private Client Solicitor to join an established and supportive Private Client team.

Whether you are newly qualified or have already begun developing your Private Client career, this role offers the opportunity to build your technical expertise whilst working alongside experienced colleagues who are genuinely invested in your professional development. You will manage your own growing caseload with appropriate supervision, gaining exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters whilst developing the confidence and technical ability needed to become a well-rounded Private Client practitioner.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:

• Manage your own developing caseload of Private Client matters.
• Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Assist with Trust and inheritance tax matters where appropriate.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide clear, practical and compassionate legal advice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Continue developing your technical knowledge through ongoing mentoring and training.

Your caseload will include a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Private Client Advisory Work

Requirements:

• NQ to approximately 3 years' PQE within Private Client.
• Experience or training across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Strong client care and relationship-building abilities.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within Private Client.
