The Private Client department is one of the firm's most established and highly regarded teams, advising generations of families on complex succession planning, estate administration and wealth preservation matters. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its thriving Private Client department. You will advise a loyal and high-quality client base across the full spectrum of Private Client work, whilst playing an important role in mentoring junior colleagues, supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a varied and complex Private Client caseload.
  • Advise clients on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Provide inheritance tax and succession planning advice.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and professional referrers.
  • Support networking, marketing initiatives and business development.
  • Participate in seminars, legal clinics and community events.

Approximately 10+ years' experience within Private Client law.

A strong technical background across the full spectrum of Private Client work.

Commercial awareness and an interest in developing new business.
