The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Residential Conveyancing experience to become an integral part of a busy and successful Property department. The onboarding process is one of the most important stages of any property transaction. It creates the first impression for clients and lays the foundations for an efficient and successful conveyancing matter. As the Residential Conveyancing Onboarding Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring every new instruction is opened accurately, compliantly and efficiently, allowing fee earners to focus on progressing transactions whilst maintaining an exceptional client experience from day one. The firm is seeking someone who already understands residential conveyancing procedures and can become productive quickly with minimal supervision. The Role As Residential Conveyancing Onboarding Executive, you will: Manage the onboarding process for new Residential Property matters. Open new client files accurately and efficiently. Carry out client due diligence and identity verification. Undertake Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance checks. Prepare initial client care documentation. Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant. Liaise with clients to obtain outstanding information and documentation. Work closely with Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and support staff across multiple offices. Maintain accurate records using the firm's case management systems. Ensure all regulatory and internal compliance procedures are followed. Provide an exceptional level of client service throughout the onboarding process. Candidate Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have: Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing. Experience opening new conveyancing files. Knowledge of AML and client due diligence procedures. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and client care skills. Experience using legal case management systems. The ability to prioritise work within a busy environment. A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider Residential Property team. Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Administrator, Property Legal Assistant, Onboarding Executive or similar legal support role would be highly advantageous. Why Join?
