Its Construction team is experiencing sustained growth and advises clients across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. This appointment represents a significant investment in the continued expansion of the department.

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join an ambitious and expanding Construction team. This role offers significantly more than simply inheriting a caseload. The successful candidate will become a key member of a growing specialist department, handling a broad range of high-quality construction matters whilst helping shape the future growth and development of the practice. The firm is open to candidates with experience across both contentious and non-contentious construction work. Equally, applications are welcomed from strong contentious construction specialists looking to broaden their exposure over time. You will enjoy genuine autonomy, excellent support from experienced colleagues and the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships within a firm that actively encourages professional growth.

The Role:

As a Construction Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
  • Advise developers, contractors, consultants, employers and other commercial clients.

  • An interest in contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Why Join?

Construction continues to be one of the firm's strategic growth areas, with significant investment being made into the department and its long-term development. The firm combines the quality of work associated with larger commercial practices with the accessibility, flexibility and supportive culture of a successful regional firm. If you are looking for a role where your ideas are welcomed, your contribution genuinely matters and your career can continue to progress, this represents an outstanding opportunity.

Career Prospects:

This is a long-term strategic appointment within a growing specialist team. As the Construction department continues to expand, there will be genuine opportunities to increase your responsibility, develop your own client following, mentor junior lawyers and play a significant role in shaping the future of the practice.
