An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to take ownership of the firm's Residential Property offering in Chelmsford. This is far more than a traditional conveyancing position. You will become the lead conveyancer within the office, managing your own caseload whilst helping to continue the growth of an already successful department. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
- Deal with transfers of equity, remortgages and new build transactions.
- Advise clients throughout the transaction process, providing clear and practical legal advice.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Chelmsford office.
- Maintain excellent compliance and file management standards.
