An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a busy and growing Private Client department covering the firm's Basildon and Thurrock offices. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-quality and varied caseload whilst becoming an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team. This opportunity would suit a confident Private Client Solicitor who enjoys building trusted client relationships and delivering practical, sensitive advice during some of life's most important moments.
As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will:
- Manage your own varied Private Client caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Provide inheritance tax and estate planning advice.
- Build long-term relationships with private clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Private Client team.
- Maintain excellent file management and regulatory compliance standards.
- Participate in networking and business development opportunities where appropriate.
A minimum of 3 years' PQE within Private Client. Experience managing your own Private Client caseload independently. Commercial awareness and a proactive approach. The ability to work confidently across multiple office locations.
