Responsibilities
- Work with our Engineers as your customers - doing what you can to enable the wider Technology team to focus on core product development.
- Design, propose and implement improvements to our deployment pipelines, environment provisioning, and benchmarking solutions, making the installation and configuration of Data X-Ray easier and more flexible for both clients and internal use.
- Work together with Customer Success engineers and Solution Architects to ensure we are meeting our client’s needs.
- Ensure our applications are using industry best practices in deployment, logging, monitoring, and security.
- Help to protect the data rights of millions of our client’s customers.

Qualifications
- On‑the‑job experience with container and deployment tools, such as Docker, Podman, Ansible, or other IAC tools.
- Experience of at least one of the major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Hetzner).
- Thorough understanding of networking and security fundamentals (e.g., configuring load balancers, issuing certificates, configuring VPC).
- Knowledge of best practices for on‑premise deployment and operations (blue/green deployment, database recovery management, monitoring tools and logging).
