We are looking for experiencedShuttering Carpentersto start immediately in a job inWest Malling.
You must have good experience of carpentry and in core work.
To be successful for this core carpenter jobyou must have:
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Proof of right to work in UK.
- Be physically fit for duties around a construction site.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Hard working.
- Respectful.
- A good team player.
- Previous experience as a Formwork Carpenter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, assemble, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures.
- Install shutters and molds to precise dimensions based on technical drawings.
- Ensure the accuracy of measurements and levels before concrete is poured.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure timely completion of formwork tasks.
- Maintain and repair existing formwork and structures when necessary.
- Ensure the site complies with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Carpenter
- Formwork Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)
- Able to operate in a flexible and adaptable manner and work as part of a team.
