We are working with an industry-leading Manufacturing organisation who are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join them in a brand-new position. This stand-alone role will take full ownership of Health & Safety across two key manufacturing sites: one specialising in PCB Manufacturing and the other in Precision Machinery. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive professional who can drive safe working practices, ensure full legislative compliance, and influence a positive safety culture at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Health & Safety across two manufacturing sites
- Ensure compliance with all relevant UK Health & Safety legislation
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Develop and implement H&S policies, procedures, and training
- Work closely with the Managing Director and site managers to maintain best practice
- Promote a proactive safety culture across both environments
