We're working alongside an industry-leading company that’s looking to bring in a Health & Safety Business Partner to support operations across the Greater Manchester region. The Role:
- Provide H&S expertise across operational activities in Greater Manchester
- Support and challenge leadership teams to drive best-in-class safety performance
- Lead on risk management, audits, and incident investigations
- Deliver and embed H&S improvement plans aligned to wider strategy
- Coach and mentor H&S advisors and operational teams
- Analyse H&S data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with field teams and senior stakeholders
