Remit
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's health & safety management systems across multiple construction projects.
- Provide professional and practical H&S advice to senior management, site teams, and subcontractors.

- Ensure compliance with UK HSE regulations and industry best practices.

- 9-storey Data Centre project (£230 million value). Long-term programme (3+ years), with further projects in the pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior EHS / H&S Advisor role within construction.
- Experience working on large-scale projects (data centres preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
