Location: E14 London base site, with regular travel to other London-based projects.

Salary: £65,000 + £5,000 travel allowance.

Working Pattern: Full-time, Permanent.

Remit

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's health & safety management systems across multiple construction projects.
  • Provide professional and practical H&S advice to senior management, site teams, and subcontractors.
  • Attend project start-up meetings and contribute to project-specific H&S planning and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UK HSE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all active sites.

Project

  • 9-storey Data Centre project (£230 million value). Long-term programme (3+ years), with further projects in the pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Senior EHS / H&S Advisor role within construction.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects (data centres preferred but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
