QSEC Manager Job Purpose An established engineering and technical services organisation is seeking an experienced QSEC Manager to develop, implement and maintain its Quality, Safety, Environmental and Compliance management systems.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards, UK legislation and industry best practice, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business.
The successful candidate will also provide leadership to the Compliance function and support wider corporate governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Quality Management Develop and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
Ensure effective document control and procedural compliance.
Monitor quality KPIs and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Investigate non-conformances and carry out root cause analysis.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational teams.
Maintain structured document review and approval processes.
