The Role
This is a full-time, site-based position. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards, promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Lead external certification and compliance audits.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance across all business processes.
- Coordinate and review risk assessments with operational teams.
- Implement corrective and preventative actions following audits and inspections.
- Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
