A growing UK-based manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Compliance & HSE Manager to oversee health & safety, environmental compliance, and product certification. This is a key position responsible for ensuring the organisation operates safely, legally, and in full compliance with all relevant regulatory and certification requirements.
Role Overview
The Compliance & HSE Manager will lead the company’s health and safety function, manage regulatory compliance, and ensure that all product certification and production control systems are maintained in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety
- Manage and maintain the Health & Safety Management System
- Ensure compliance with all relevant UK health and safety legislation
- Conduct regular risk assessments and site safety audits
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to staff
- Product Compliance & Certification
- Oversee compliance with applicable product certification schemes
- Maintain Factory Production Control (FPC) systems
