The Role
We are seeking an experienced QSEC Manager to take overall responsibility for Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Compliance frameworks within a regulated engineering environment.
This is a senior and influential position, with responsibility for ensuring legal, regulatory, and industry compliance while developing a strong culture of safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
You will own and maintain the organisation's Integrated Management System (IMS) and act as a key point of contact for audits, regulators, accreditation bodies, and other external stakeholders. You will also provide technical, regulatory, and compliance guidance to operational and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and management systems covering Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation, industry regulations, technical standards, and internal requirements.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Monitor changes to legislation, regulations, and industry standards and ensure these are implemented effectively across the organisation.
