Were seeking an experienced QHSE Manager with a strong construction background to lead Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards across a growing business. Based in Ipswich with site visits, this is a key role in driving a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
The Role

Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures.

Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Deliver HSE training to staff and management.

Oversee emergency response procedures and compliance.

Report on safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
About You

8+ years experience in QHSE/Health & Safety management.

Proven background in the construction sector essential.

NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of ISO standards and HSE legislation.

Confident leader with excellent communication skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.
