We are partnering with a highly respected independent consultancy to recruit an Occupational Hygienist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid foundational experience who is ready to broaden their exposure and work with a variety of clients across the UK.
The Role
As an Occupational Hygienist, you will support a diverse range of projects focused on aerosol monitoring, noise exposure assessments, and general occupational hygiene evaluations. You will be conducting 12 days of site visits per week across the UK, with the remainder of your time spent at the Oxfordshire office. Experienced candidates may work from home 12 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake occupational hygiene assessments, including aerosol and noise exposure monitoring.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and deliver findings to clients.
- Travel to client sites across the UK using the company’s EV car scheme.
- Support senior consultants with project delivery and client management.
- Maintain high professional and technical standards in line with industry best practice.
About You
- 12 years of experience in an occupational hygiene role.
- BOHS qualifications (e.g., modules such as W501 or equivalent) are essential.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for site visits.
