About the Role SHEQ Advisor We are recruiting for a Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHW) Advisor to join a leading infrastructure and civil engineering contractor.
In this role, you will provide proactive safety, health and wellbeing support across a major highways infrastructure project, helping to ensure safe, compliant and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities Provide proactive SHW leadership across a major infrastructure project, ensuring safe, healthy and compliant site operations.
Act as the project's SHW lead, advising and supporting operational teams while driving consistent safety standards.
Deliver site inductions, daily SHW engagement activities, inspections and behavioural safety observations.
Lead incident investigations, complete root cause analysis and ensure lessons learned are effectively communicated.
Monitor SHW performance, maintain reporting dashboards and ensure accurate compliance reporting.
Support internal audits, assurance reviews and SHW communication initiatives across the project.
