About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and commercially aware Senior Graphic Designer to join Oh Polly on a maternity cover contract. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across all channels, delivering standout creative that resonates with our global, social‑first audience. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a high‑growth ecommerce environment and has a strong eye for trend‑led fashion content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high‑impact creative across digital, social, email, and print.
- Support the execution of weekly campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
- Maintain and evolve Oh Polly’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and social teams to deliver best‑in‑class creative.
- Contribute to creative concepts and campaign ideation, bringing fresh, trend‑led ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, reactive environment.
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in a fast‑paced fashion or beauty ecommerce environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital‑first, social‑led design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- A strong eye for layout, typography, and trend‑led design.
- Experience working within a high‑growth, DTC brand is highly desirable.
