The Role
At Bo+Tee we are looking for a highly organised and trend-aware UGC & Collaborations Specialist to support the growth of our creator and influencer strategy within the fashion and activewear space. This role will lead influencer gifting and seeding activity, manage high-performing creator and UGC content, and support influencer campaigns, celebrity outreach, and brand collaborations. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, building creator relationships, and ensuring Bo+Tee remains at the forefront of creator-led fashion marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Gifting & Seeding
- Own end-to-end influencer gifting activity from creator identification through to execution and follow‑up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and international fashion, fitness, and lifestyle creators.
- Coordinate product selection in line with launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
- Manage gifting logistics including deliveries, inventory, budgets, and creator communications.
- Monitor performance of seeding activity and optimise strategy based on insights and results.
- Creator Content & Paid Media
- Source, curate, and manage high‑performing UGC and creator‑led paid marketing content.
- Secure usage rights and approvals for both organic and paid media channels.
- Work closely with Paid Media teams to identify, test, and scale top‑performing creator assets.
- Brief creators with a performance‑led approach, ensuring content is optimised for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
- Organise and maintain a structured creator content library for cross‑functional team use.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in content formats, hooks, and storytelling across fashion, fitness, and social media.
- Influencer Campaigns & Brand Collaborations
- Support the execution of influencer campaigns, launches, and key brand moments.
- Assist with creator briefs, contracts, timelines, and deliverables tracking.
- Identify and support new collaboration opportunities aligned with brand positioning and cultural relevance.
- Ensure all creator partnerships are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Celebrity & Stylist Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with celebrity stylists, talent contacts, and fashion industry networks.
- Manage VIP and celebrity gifting outreach to secure high‑impact brand placements.
- Identify key cultural moments, events, and opportunities for celebrity dressing.
- Coordinate product pulls, approvals, and delivery logistics for VIP placements.
- Track celebrity and stylist placements, coverage, and social amplification opportunities.
- Support the Senior Manager with high‑profile collaboration and brand visibility opportunities.
- Reporting & Insights
- Own weekly and monthly reporting across gifting, creator content, paid performance, and influencer campaigns.
- Analyse organic and paid creator content performance to inform future strategy and campaign briefs.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to the Senior Manager and wider team.
- Trend & Market Awareness
- Stay connected to UK and global fashion, fitness, and influencer trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for Bo+Tee to stand out within the creator space.
- Continuously research emerging creators across TikTok and Instagram.
Skills & Requirements
- Must have 2-3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, paid social, or digital marketing within a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Strong understanding of creator‑led paid social content and performance marketing across TikTok and Meta.
- Knowledge of the UK influencer and creator landscape, particularly within fashion, fitness, and lifestyle.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
- Passion for fashion, activewear, social media, and digital culture.
