Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
  • Own the front-end digital product roadmap, focused on improving customer experience and commercial performance

  • Work closely with the Product team and key stakeholder groups to define hypotheses, interpret data and experiment results
  • Be a key decision maker on what to release, iterate or abandon
  • Act as a decision maker on UX changes, experiment outcomes, and feature scope within the front-end domain
  • Ensure experimentation is structured, measurable and focused on learning and impact
Site Experience & Capability Ownership
  • Own how the site behaves from a customer experience perspective, including PDP, PLP, navigation, search and checkout experience
  • Define and maintain guardrails and rules for merchandising and search systems as on-site capabilities
  • Ensure changes are scalable, repeatable and aligned to long-term site evolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a clear point of accountability for on-site product decisions, reducing ambiguity, silo-ing and duplication across teams
  • Work closely with the Product Analyst to review insights, trigger experiments and measure outputs
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team and Delivery Lead to determine execution strategy
  • Engage with external agency partners to build and experiment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Trading and B&M teams to understand commercial priorities, contextualise insight, and share ideas, outputs and learnings
Governance, Quality & Ways of Working
  • Maintain clear product governance to ensure decisions are evidence-based and justified
  • Ensure any changes are thoroughly thought through, formally logged & tracked and can be rolled back if needed
  • Make sure any learnings are captured and shared to ensure continuous improvement in execution
  • Protect the Product roadmap from low value ad-hoc requests, launches and BAU noise
  • Ensure the Product function operates with clarity, focus, and accountability
