With a focus on innovation, global responsibility, and ethics, we’ve built a combined social following of over 10 million across our brands, including Bo+Tee; our activewear line. Operating across multiple global offices, we are a dynamic team offering ambitious individuals the chance to thrive, grow, and take their careers to the next level.
The Role:
We’re looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Visual Content team. This role will play a key part in shaping the look and feel of Oh Polly and Bo+Tee across digital and print touchpoints. Working collaboratively with our Marketing, E-commerce, and Social teams, you’ll create high-impact visuals that connect with our global audience and bring the brand to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging assets for use across email campaigns, paid ads, website banners, and organic social media.
- Create print-ready materials for packaging, in-store assets, press events, and brand activations.
- Support the development of seasonal and campaign concepts from initial ideas to final execution.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, in line with Oh Polly’s visual identity and tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Stay informed on fashion, design, and digital trends to help evolve our brand visuals.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal templates and design systems.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Requirements:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating contemporary, fashion-forward design (experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries is highly desirable).
- Confident in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects is a bonus!
- Solid understanding of designing for both digital and print formats.
- Strong skills in layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- A good eye for emerging fashion and social trends, and how to translate them into compelling visuals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Able to take on feedback constructively and evolve your work.
- Motion design or animation experience is a plus.
- A creative thinker with a passion for all things fashion and design.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a wider creative team.
What’s on offer?
- Salary: £26,000 - 28,000
- 50% discount on all Oh Polly and Bo+Tee products
- An extra day off for your birthday
- Corporate gym membership (subject to tax)
- Cycle to work scheme
- Learning and development opportunities
- Company pension
- Company social events
