The Role
As a Business Analyst at Oh Polly, you’ll join a fast-paced, high-impact Tech team partnering with multiple business teams, but particularly Finance and Operations, to scope and deliver business-critical projects. These will span across a wide range of functional areas, including ERP, PIM, PLM and Warehouse Management and include owning the analysis for key initiatives and cross-functional programmes.
You’ll be responsible for defining business and technical requirements, mapping current and future state processes, working closely with stakeholders and suppliers, and measuring project success through clearly defined KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional/non-functional requirements from stakeholders across departments and external partners.
- Drive process discovery and optimisation through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions.
- Lead the definition and documentation of success criteria, KPIs, and detailed user stories or requirements specifications.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, project kick-offs, and requirement walkthroughs, adapting to both agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Support the development of team-wide analysis standards and promote a continuous improvement culture.
- Define and enforce SDLC-aligned processes to ensure structured and high-quality delivery from discovery through to post-implementation review.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional delivery teams including developers, PMs, SMEs, and senior leaders.
- Lead the documentation and review of business processes using tools such as BPMN or equivalent.
- Manage senior stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clear communication.
- Champion a customer-first, data-informed mindset across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior BA in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, ideally in fashion retail or eCommerce.
- Strong end-to-end SDLC experience, including project initiation, requirements gathering, scoping, UAT support, go-live, and benefits realisation.
- Confident in creating user journeys, prototypes, business cases, and process flows.
- Previous experience supporting ERP implementations or working with Netsuite
- Skilled at managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- High level of commercial awareness and customer-centric thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic, agile culture.
- Familiar with BA toolsets (e.g. Monday, JIRA, Notion, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
