A creative and execution-driven Marketing Associate role to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and bookings for OhMyGal. This role is hands-on and suited for candidates who are comfortable creating, posting, and analysing content independently.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Manage posting schedules, captions, and basic community engagement
  • Support promotional campaigns, packages, and seasonal launches
  • Track and analyse marketing performance (engagement, leads, bookings)
  • Coordinate influencer or collaboration opportunities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

About you

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and aesthetics
  • Familiar with social media platforms and trends
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team environment
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Basic photography or video editing skills (preferred)
  • Prior beauty or lifestyle marketing experience (preferred)
