We are looking for
A content producer or in-house agency producer with 4+ years of experience in producing video content for brands, earned media, and social channels.
This individual should have a background working in-house at a PR firm or creative agency, work well as part of the creative and production team, be exceptionally organised, and excel at managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
We are a small and busy team so we are looking for someone who is excited by making standout video content and is keen to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!
The ideal candidate with have demonstrable experience and examples of
- Producer: Producing video content for brands, earned media, and social channels from start to finish.
- Project
Management: Overseeing content campaigns at every stage of production, including supporting creative ideation and strategy, and leading pre-production, production, and post-production processes as a producer.
Specific experience should include; client liaison, collaboration with creatives, planning productions, managing crews, RAMs, casting, and liaising with suppliers.
- On-Set
Producer: Being a producer on set / location, supporting the production team to ensure that filming runs smoothly and efficiently from a logistical standpoint, coordinating between departments, managing schedules, solving problems in real-time, and maintaining communication among the crew and talent.
- Client Management: Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all needs are met and that every project runs smoothly and progresses on schedule.
- Budget Management: Capacity planning, managing production budgets, and tracking expenses and overall costs to ensure efficient and profitable execution across all campaigns.
- Agency Experience: Thriving in a fast-paced agency environment, collaborating effectively with both creative and production teams.
- Effective communication: Communication is key in this role, helping you to build and maintain relationships both inside and outside the organisation.
As part of a small team in a fast-paced agency setting, you should be able to adapt to changing priorities and effectively communicate under pressure.
- Social Media: Creating, curating, and managing content specifically tailored for social media platforms.
- Writing skills: Collaborating with the creatives, you will help develop ideas, treatments and scripts for both social and branded content so strong writing skills are essential.
- A proactive attitude and calm demeanor: Willing to get hands-on with tasks, actively contributing to projects and team success.
