Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist

- Full-time Permanent Contract (39 hours/week)

62 Cross Street London N1 2BA
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.
Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

Your missions
- Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products :Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service
- Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
- Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
- Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
