Position: Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist

Offer: Full-time Permanent Contract (39 hours/week) - 2 days off

Location: 42 Northcote Road, London SW11 1NZ

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm. Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

Good to know before applying: This boutique is supported by a close-knit team of two, creating a welcoming and highly personalised environment for both clients and team members. As part of this setup, there will be occasions where you will independently oversee the boutique and take ownership of the client experience. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously, is confident in managing the sales floor, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of the boutique.

Your missions:

  • Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products: Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service
  • Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
  • Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
  • Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
